Judicial Records and Archives Database (beta version)
The Judicial Records and Archives Database (JRAD) provides access to all MICT public judicial records, as well as to the public judicial archive records of the ICTR. The collection is expanding on a regular basis. Records include filings from parties and non-parties to trials; exhibits tendered in court; transcripts and audiovisual recordings of court hearings.
Warning: The database contains material which some users may find disturbing.

Results page

Results appear in a table with specific metadata: Date, Type, Case number, Record number, and Title. You can refine your search, within the results page in the upper righthand box, by Document type, Language, File type and Source. |
Request records
For technical reasons, some records are not available online. You can select the records you would like to request by ticking the box on the left. Please note that you must submit your selection of requested records for every page of the results.

Citing ArchivesWhen citing Archives for academic purposes the elements and order for footnotes and endnotes should be:
